PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
To control and operate the Wi-Fi Module you will need:
- Suitable iOS or Android smart phone or tablet
- External GPS if you wish to display Position data on a Wi-Fi only iPad or other mobile device with no internal GPS
The Wi-Fi module has an integral Power/Data cable with four wires. The function of each wire is shown on the product label. The Wi-Fi Module has an NMEA0183 input that allows an external GPS to provide position information for display in the ACR Searchlight App. This is particularly useful if the mobile device does not have an internal GPS, such as a Wi-Fi only iPad. If no external GPS is connected, the App will automatically use the mobile device’s internal GPS and if this is not available, no position will be displayed in the ACR Searchlight App.
Mobile App Installation Instructions:
iOS – Visit the Apple App Store, search for “ACR Searchlight”, and download the free app
Android – As shown in the screenshot below, go to the “Lock Screen and Security” settings screen on your mobile device which you wish to use to control your searchlight, select the option to allow the installation of apps from “Unknown Sources” and click “OK”. After completing these steps, click here to install the ACR Searchlight mobile app on your device.
WARRANTY LENGTH: 1 YEAR
This product is warranted against factory defect in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from date of purchase or receipt as a gift. During the warranty period ACR Electronics, Inc. will repair or at its option, replace at no cost to you for labor, materials or return transportation.

Or you may fill out the registration card accompanying your product (if applicable) which must be returned to ACR Electronics, Inc. within ten days of purchase.
